Mr Woofles is conveniently located right beside the service lift on level 4.
If your dog is walking, access is through the service lift from B2 carpark, the loading bay area on Joo Chiat road and the side entrance beside Wine Connection on Level 1.
Not all dogs are suited to a dog daycare environment and we conduct a thorough process to assess your dog’s temperament and determine if Mr Woofles is the right fit for your dog. The appointment lasts 1 hour and is charged at $15.
Upon filling up the Meet&Greet questionnaire, we will schedule an appointment for you and your dog, during which one of our trained-staff will conduct a temperament assessment. The assessment includes:
- Assessing how your dog reacts to being separated from you when taken to the daycare room
- Assessing how your dog reacts to touch and identify any sensitive areas
- Assessing how your dog interacts with other dogs during open play time
If for any reasons our assessment concludes that your dog is not yet ready for open play at Mr Woofles, we will discuss with you the best approach forward.
Our decision will always be based on what is best for the dogs!
Our team of dog lovers will always put the safety and wellbeing of our dog friends first, regardless of their size and breed.
At Mr Woofles we are all about positive reinforcement and we will provide a nurturing environment for your dog to learn, play, socialize and rest.
Our facility was designed with dogs’ safety and wellbeing in mind. Our medical grade flooring, easy to clean equipment, air purifiers in every room will ensure minimal risk of contamination. Our rooms are deep cleaned and sanitized every day using dog-friendly supplies.
Our team of trained staff will form play groups based on each dog’s temperament, size and energy level as we understand that not every dog will get along.
Dog play time is closely monitored at all times and if an animal is playing too rough or becoming agitated, we will take all the steps we can to remove the dog from the group before it escalates. Our team is Canine First Respondent trained and will be able to act quickly in case an accident does happen.
To ensure the health and safety of our dog and human customers, all dogs entering Mr Woofles facility must be fully vaccinated with proof of annual vaccination or a valid titer test result. Proof will be requested upon entry and for our club members, records will be closely monitored.
Dogs attending our daycare programme are strongly advised to be vaccinated for kennel cough, and it is highly recommended for all dogs visiting indoor dog parks such as ours to get the kennel cough vaccine.
At Mr Woofles it is highly recommended for dogs aged 24 months and above who attend daycare and drop-in to be spayed or neutered. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our dog guests as it reduces the potential levels of aggression that hormones can create as well as addressing potential reproductive concerns.
Drop-in
The same registration process as for daycare applies for our drop-in service.
Using your members’ login, you will be able to book your drop-in stay online.
Our drop-in service allows our club members to leave their dogs in our care for as little as 2 hours and for as long as needed, within our opening times.
We use an hourly rate system. For example, if your dog stays with us 2.½ hours, the charge will be based on a 3-hour rate. On weekdays, after the 4/5th hour the fee will move automatically to the full day rate ($70).
The drop-in service is an opportunity for your dog to have fun and socialise with other dogs while you go along with your activities. Depending on the time and day that you bring your dog for drop-in, they may be in any of our fun rooms. At times we may not have other doggies booked in at the same time suitable to be mixed with your your dog. Rest assured that they will still have a great time playing with our staff and enjoying our games and equipment.
Playground
First-time customers will be required to fill-in our online booking form and provide up-to-date annual vaccination information (or a valid titer test result).
Our indoor playground is designed for groups of maximum 5 dogs at any one time.
Our indoor playground is unsupervised and owners are responsible for their dogs when using the playground.
To offer the best possible experience for the dogs and owners, we have a maximum of 2 humans per dog per entry. For safety reasons we are not able to allow children under 12 years of age. Children above 12 and below 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Do note that our equipment is not designed for children to use.
If you wish to have the exclusive use of the indoor playground you may contact us for a private booking.
